Modern Interpretation of Treehouse
The Banyan Tree house is a narrow art studio and sanctuary in Nichols Canyon , Los Angles – California designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects. This is modern interpretation of tree house, because designers tried to follow a contours of the trunk and perched atop steel pylons that abstractly emulate natural branches. There is a single glass cut out in the floor inside, it reconnects the tree house inhabitant to the tree itself which is very unique. The exterior is clad with high-grade cedar while the underside of the eaves and the structure itself are clad with rich palope. There is a private outdoor shower and complete with a water closet, fireplace, refrigerator, daybed, and television from inside.
