As the founder of the famous interior design firm in Arizona New York, Jamie Herzlinger have shown her quality in interior designing, her design style is always inviting, yet elegant and luxurious. This time, Jamie's have completed the Enclave Home interiors renovations for the clients who are a world travelers. The existing interior has redesigned, where the previously evaporated the entrance, dining room, hallways, and living room, they were able to make each of those public areas very dramatic by the controlled use of the bead blasted steel and poured terrazzo floors that had zinc screeds inlayed for a distinct separation. In the entry, the angled cabinet is a beautiful dining room buffet, fabricated in Makassar ebony and supported within two bead blasted steel columns. It is cantilevered in order to create a visual separation from the entrance, but at the same time contributing to the architectural details. The original master bathroom was combined with a walk in guest closet to create a larger space, as the programming required that the couple preferred to use the bath area together, thereby necessitating a larger space for interior design.

Luxurious Southern Ocean Lodge

Behold the luxurious Southern Ocean Lodge, designed by Max Pritchard Architect on Kangaroo Island in South Australia. Floating atop a secluded cliff on a rugged stretch of coast, the architecture has a close relationship with the dramatic locale. The Main Lodge is tucked back into forty meter high cliffs, with large sweeping window walls capturing the expansive views of the wild Southern Ocean and wilderness. A strong sculptural element is the two hundred meter long wall of Kangaroo Island Limestone weaving from a covered entrance, through the largely untouched bush and into the Main Lodge. Located at Hanson bay on the Island's south west coast, the Lodge site adjoins both the Flinders Chase and Cape Bouguer / Kelly Hill National Parks. The guest suites are constructed of lightweight materials that could be carried in, minimizing site disturbance. Foundations are steel screw piles, framing is timber and flooring is recycled timber and stone.

To those who have been in deep love with air travel, the Airplane Hotel at the Teuge Airport in Netherlands seems quite attractive. The luxury hotel is transformed from a Cold War-era East German Airplane but features something new and modern. A vintage four-engine plane that's been converted into a luxurious five-star hotel, it boasts a whirlpool, sauna, bar, kitchen, flat-screen televisions, wireless Internet - and it doesn't even leave the ground.

Luxurious Residence in Noe Valley

This brand new, luxurious residence in Noe Valley, San Francisco replaces an inefficient 800 sq ft shack on Hoffman Avenue. Designed and built by SF–based Group 41, the ‘H House’ is a model of modern architecture. The home incorporates thoughtful sustainable design elements. For instance, the beautiful flooring and cabinetry are made from pressed timber scraps and recycled sawdust. Up to 20% fly ash was used in the concrete mix. Efficiency was also a high priority. The home boasts a 97% energy-efficient HVAC system with radiant floor heating, as well as LED lighting, and an on-demand hot water system. Solar panels could be easily added by the new owners, as the house is solar system ready with conduits and a roof membrane already built in. This home exudes sustainable and luxurious design.

The Burj Al Arab, considered one of the world’s best hotels is located on its own island about 1,000 feet offshore from Dubai. Burj al-Arab has the most luxurious interior imaginable as well. Khuan Chew, Design Principal of KCA International was responsible for the interior design. The most expensive materials were used throughout the building. There is no exact data about the cost of the hotel, but rumors say that the return of investment could be 100 years, although the nights at Burj al-Arab start at $1000. The Royal Suite costs $28000 per night.
